Rhoda Baxter writes contemporary women's fiction. She likes to write about people who make her laugh. In real life she did a DPhil in molecular microbiology at Oxford, which is why her pen-name sounds suspiciously like the name of a bacterium.
Her books have been shortlisted for awards - Girl On The Run (Joan Hessayon award), Please Release Me (Love Stories award), Girl Having A Ball (RoNA - best romantic comedy award) - and have been bestsellers on Amazon and Kobo. She has had articles featured on sites such as Smart Bitches Trashy Books and USA Today.
Rhoda is a member of the Authors North Committee at the Society of Authors and is also a member of the Romantic Novelists Association.
